Victory Lap made its SXSW debut last week as the host of the JBL Campus activation! The event brought together conference attendees, UT students, and influencers for an immersive experience featuring interactive displays, speaker giveaways, and bites from VL’s Diner. Guests also enjoyed live performances from Austin-based band West 22nd and a high-energy DJ set by Xandra Pohl, reinforcing Austin’s reputation as the live music capital of the world. IIDA, the International Interior Design Association, is a non-profit that champions interior design professionals, educators, students, and firms. Rambler, a Student Living concept by LV Collective is an incredibly well conceived example of a Hybrid Umbrella Brand. Last week I posted about the pro's and con's of Umbrella Brands vs. Bespoke Brands in multi-family development. While every property (and approach) is unique, sometimes the best answer lies in the middle. At MBX Real Estate Creative we've collaborated with LV to develop a system for Rambler that leverages the parent brand but allows for major customization for each market and university. The solutions allows for both efficient rollout of new properties and deeper connection to the brand by residents and prospects. Big props to the marketing team at LV for conceiving of the concept and congrats on the success of Rambler. We're excited to be a part of it.
