??Top 3 MOST important questions when beginning a Gym Build: 1) Where are you along the build journey? — Are you contemplating, dreaming, visualizing, already know what equipment you have in mind? All of these subconsciously are already giving you internal “pressure” in regards to your timeline, desired completion date, and even budget. 2) What IS your dream timline/ completion desire? — To be honest, MOST (not all) equipment eta’s are around 6-12 weeks… We know, it’s a big gap. Some faster and some even longer. Having realistic understanding and grace along your timeline, in the long run will allow us to work from a place of offense, not defense. It will allow us to make true desired choices on equipment choices, rather than choosing what is just most available. 3) What is your ideal budget you have in mind? — As much as people feel this is partly part of their “poker face”, this truly is IMPORTANT to know. Most projects end up needing more than you think! In regards to paint touches, maybe some electrical additions for lighting or specialty plugs. Even audio needs. Flooring is a HUGE one.
