We are so proud to announce that The News Service of Florida is honoring LSF Health Systems CEO, Dr. Christine Cauffield on the 2024 Above & Beyond list! Dr. Cauffield is being awarded for her contributions as a woman in government and public service. At LSF, she was recruited in 2014 to lead LSF Health Systems, helping to get more behavioral health funding for the safety-net hospital and securing $126 million from the legislature in 2021. As the holidays approach and we reflect on the year, we have so much to celebrate. Today, we’re sharing one of our Mission Matters segments featuring Maria McNair, director of LSF Duval Head Start. In 2024, LSF Duval Head Start celebrated its 10th anniversary. The program has flourished over the last 10 years, and we’re excited to see its continued growth and impact in the Jacksonville community. “Not only are we helping the children make sure that they’re ready for school and prepared for life, but we’re also making sure that the families are strong and that they can continue to advocate for their children,” McNair said during her interview. In addition to the time they spent at the shelter, Businessolver donated 12 tickets to the Miami HEAT game last month! For many of the teens, it was their first time experiencing an NBA game!
