What better way to celebrate Veterans Day than with project that serves the very same! Lusk recently completed project, Freedoms Path at Dublin Georgia, consisted adaptive re-use and historic renovation of two multi-story existing buildings on the Carl Vinson VA Medical Campus, as well as new construction of a 1-story building. The project created 50 new apartment units with a leasing preference being provided to Veterans who are homeless, near homeless, or disabled. The project included 4-ADA units, 2-Audio/Visual units, and one and two-bedroom units.?Interior amenities included fitness center, community room with kitchen, laundry rooms, and designated sitting areas. Exterior amenities included playground, garden area, dog run, and gazebo with grilles and picnic tables. Did you know that Lusk does lab spaces? We recently completed three research labs for Georgia Tech at the MARC building and at Tech Square Research Building (TSRB). Our capabilities continue to grow! Job well done, team!

We recently completed quad renovations at KSU's Marietta Campus. This project included new curvilinear walking paths, storm drainage, permeable pavers and landscaping. Looking great just in time for Fall classes!

Lusk is pleased to announce the completion of our third collaboration with Affordable Housing Solutions, Inc. and our second successful project with Paul Hamby, AIA! These 54 units at Gateway Village and Valley Manor in Cleveland, Georgia were completely renovated inside and out. The project also included a new playground area, heavy timber pavilions, a community garden, updated parking lot and storm water management system. Nice work team!

Our Duluth Jewel Box & Paver Lot project won 1st Place honors in this year's Associated General Contractors of Georgia, Inc. (AGC Georgia) Build Georgia Awards! Congratulations to Cody Smith and our partners at the Vantage Realty Partners, Studio SOGO, and City of Duluth for a great project! Well deserved recognition for all!
