Exciting Progress at Hideaway Golf Club! We've hit some incredible milestones and are keeping the momentum strong: Bar & Dining Renovation: Completed in November 2024—already enhancing experiences for this season’s events! New Builds Underway: We're constructing two new facilities—the Pool & Golf Bar and the Spa & Fitness Building—with a targeted spring 2025 turnover. Summer 2025 Plans: Starting in May, we'll remodel the locker rooms and golf shop and introduce a brand-new event space. Exciting progress continues at 1030 Brittan Avenue on the core, shell, and interiors of this new 3-story above-grade structure with 1 below-grade level, designed to support future innovation and life-science advancements. The facility will deliver 153,000 SF of space, including 76,000 SF of lab space and 65,000 SF of parking. The one-level basement garage will offer capacity for 240 cars, with additional dedicated parking for 26 bicycles to accommodate flexible transportation options. Inside, the lab and office areas are coming together smoothly, starting from the 3rd level and working downward, with coordinated teams ensuring seamless buildout. Externally, significant milestones are being achieved, with the completion of ACM panels, glass, paint, and accent lighting highlighting the decorative GFRC panels, wrapping 50% of the ground level. Bio-filtration planters have been set on the Roof Garden and South Terrace, and the pedestal paver systems are complete, adding functional and sustainable design features. Next week, crews will begin installing the decorative metal canopies to elevate these outdoor spaces further. Site work along the building’s frontage is progressing well, with additional focus on the East side demo, over-excavation, and subgrade preparation for concrete drainage pavers. At the main entry staircase, decorative fins are installed, setting the stage for upcoming tile and finishes in the lobby as the project nears completion. Thanks to the close collaboration with MBH Architects and a dedicated engineering team, the project is taking shape beautifully.
