How do you know which rock in the ocean is the strongest? It's the one with all the mussels on it! ?? But our Mediterranean Mussels are not grown on rocks or in the Mediterranean. They're raised in the Puget Sound in Washington state, USA, and grow on hanging ropes from floating rafts in the deep water making them grit-free and glossy-shelled! Mussels cook up quickly saving time in the kitchen while elevating your meal. We also carry blue mussels and green-lipped mussels but always recommend trying domestic West Coast sources first when possible.

??Mama Mia! Mediterranean Mussels are mouthwatering! These jet black bivalves are farmed in Puget Sound, Washington, and are a sustainable seafood superstar packed with nutrients that can elevate an array of dishes. ????Mussels intensify any sauce and are equally at home in French, Italian, Asian, or West Coast cuisine. ??Mussels are an excellent source of high-quality protein, rich in vitamins—especially B12—as well as essential minerals like iron, zinc, and selenium.

We are proud to announce our new partnership with The Nature Conservancy and become a signatory on their Tuna Transparency Pledge, a global initiative uniting companies and governments to advance 100% on-the-water monitoring across all industrial tuna fishing vessels by 2027. A lack of transparency at sea allows unsustainably and illegally caught fish to enter our supply chain undetected. Accurate and reliable data is needed to ensure that the seafood on our shelves and plates has been harvested in compliance with fishery laws and social standards. The Tuna Transparency Pledge represents a bold yet achievable step in transforming our oceans' health and sustainability and securing the tuna supply chain for generations to come. Together, we can get #EyesOnTuna ????

Keep calm & clam on! You'll be happy as a clam when you add our Manila clams from Washington State to your pasta creations or steamed clam sensations. They're versatile, sustainable, and bursting with nutritional goodness. Fun Fact: they're alive! Similar to our oysters, clams are alive when they arrive at your business. We even have a special "clams cooler" to keep them at the ideal temperature during their short stay at our warehouse before clambering over to you on our refrigerated trucks.

Why not treat your loved one with something that will truly nourish their heart! Here are six seafood-spirations for shell-ebrating your lobster in life (Friends reference, anyone???). 1) Sea Scallops - a true delicacy that's oh so succulent for a special night. 2) Lobster Tails -- The TV show Friends popularized the saying, "You're my lobster" when character Phoebe Buffet describes Ross & Rachel's relationship. 3) Peruvian Scallops -- served on the half-shell, they're both elegant and delicious. 4) Ora King Salmon -- said to be the wagyu of salmon. 5) West Coast Sole -- a local, light, and delicate delight. 6) Oysters -- known as a natural aphrodisiac. Enjoy them raw and savor their briny liquor. There are plenty of fish in the sea so don't be heartbroken if we didn't mention your true love.
