Letting Gen Z take the reins has us Googling all the slang terms ?? Take a minute to watch—you’ll see how we keep things fun, creative, and a little chaotic at Lunova. ?? Thanks Robbie McCracken for the fun video!
We let our Gen Z team write our script! Spoiler alert: there are way more emojis and slang terms than we expected. ?? Turns out, when you let Gen Z take the reins, things get...interesting. But hey, fresh ideas and a bit of chaos are what keep Lunova thriving! ?? Watch the video, have a laugh, and maybe learn a thing or two about Lunova's "fire" recruiting game. (Warning: You might feel very old if you don’t know all the slang. We sure did. ??) #GenZInTheWorkplace #WorkplaceHumor #CreativeCollaboration #RecruitmentMarketing #GenerationalTeamwork #LifeAtLunova #InnovativeRecruiting #OfficeCulture #ModernRecruitment #FunAtWork #Creativity #SocialMedia

??? At Lunova, we know the best things—whether it’s holiday decorating or building the perfect team—come from starting early. Finding top talent takes preparation and timing, and we’re here to make sure you don’t miss out on the right fit. Ready to get ahead of the game? Let’s make it happen!
If you’re ready to put your holiday decorations up before Thanksgiving, I say go for it— life’s too short to wait if something brings you joy. Just like holiday cheer, finding the right fit for your team can sometimes mean starting early. In recruiting, we know that timing and preparation are everything—waiting too long can mean missing out on the perfect candidate. So whether you’re getting festive ahead of schedule or proactively building your talent pipeline, there’s no such thing as “too early” when it’s something you’re excited about. ???

We're thrilled to have Michelle Stambaugh on the Lunova team! In just one month, she's embraced the world of recruiting, enjoyed time in Pittsburgh (first NFL game and pierogi included!), and is now settled into remote work from Virginia. We couldn't be more excited to have her on board - here’s to many more milestones ahead! #TeamLunova #NewBeginnings #WelcomeToTheTeam
Today marks one month since I’ve joined Lunova Group! In the past month, I’ve transitioned from the classroom to the world of recruiting, spent 4 weeks in Pittsburgh (where I went to my first NFL game AND had my first pierogi!), and settled into working remotely from Virginia. I’ve been so inspired by the passion everyone at Lunova has for helping both clients and candidates, and I’m excited to be part of a team that truly supports and celebrates each other! Here’s to many more months ahead! #recruiting #newbeginnings?

Becky Reeves's post reminds us of a powerful question we often outgrow: "Why?" As kids, asking "why" helps us understand the world. In the workplace, it can help us understand each other. At Lunova, we know that asking "why" deepens connections, whether with colleagues, clients, or candidates. What if we took a moment to understand someone else’s intentions before making assumptions? That simple curiosity can lead to stronger relationships and clearer communication. What questions could help you connect with those around you today?
When did we stop asking "Why?" Last time my nieces were in town, I realized how often children ask "Why?" As an aunt (and not a full-time parent) I wasn't equipped to answer all of their questions (side note: parents, I'm not sure how you answer all the questions, but I'm impressed). When did we, as adults, stop asking "Why?" The last time you disagreed with someone - a friend, colleague, manager, or direct report, did you ask them "Why?" -If you didn't like what they said, did you ask them Why they said it? -If you don't like their opinion, did you ask them Why they feel that way? -If you didn't like what they did, did you ask them Why they did it? Or, did you just tell them that you don't like what they said, you don't agree with their opinion, or you didn't like their action? Can we get back to understanding each other? Do intentions always make up for actions, certainly not. But, if we understood each other's intentions, would we perhaps understand each other's actions a little better? I think so. Do you agree?

We’re loving Zack Neil's reminder to start testing out those New Year’s resolutions now! He set a goal to read a book a month for 2024 and is already at 15 ?? Have you started thinking about 2025? It will be here before we know it! What will your New Year resolution be?
Annual reminder to think about your New Year’s resolution now! That way you have a few weeks to test it out before we get to 2025. Here are a few ideas to start thinking! 1. Make your goal easily a part of your routine 2. Track your progress 3. Remind yourself that set backs happen 4. Ask someone to help hold you accountable 5. Reward yourself! For 2024, my resolution was to read a book a month. And to date I have read 15 books. What will your New Year’s resolution be?
