The U.S. House of Representatives is set to vote as early as tomorrow on a year-long continuing resolution that includes a 57% cut to the current funding level for the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Program (CDMRP). If passed, this drastic resolution will severely impact all CDMRP programs. These cuts threaten the critical progress being made in lung cancer research and other essential areas.
