What a great week at Basis Independent as Evergreen Erectors hoisted all six sections completing two trusses. These trusses will enable Basis to add a gymnasium to the inside of an already existing building. This is a complicated build and it is always a great partnership with?Evergreen Erectors, LLC?and?Cornerstone General Contractors, Inc.? The knowledge, experience and workability of this team is always great!

We have the opportunity to handle both fabrication and erection on the new St. George City Hall Building! This 3-story structure will be just under 76,000 sqft. The complexity of the steel within the atrium, which ties the walls and atrium together, was unique and required extensive collaboration and problem-solving with the entire construction team. Despite these challenges, our team has gone above and beyond, offering creative solutions — including saving 2 weeks on the erection schedule! A big thanks to the entire team — including Big D, our erectors, and all the subcontractors involved — for making this project a continued success!

We're excited to announce the completion of a new facility for Databank Data Centers in Bluffdale, UT! This cutting-edge facility enables Databank to expand their digital & cloud data capabilities. We’re proud to have provided all structural and miscellaneous metals for the 220,000-square-foot Thomas Jefferson High School in Auburn, WA. Working alongside Cornerstone General Contractors, we navigated a tight schedule, coordinating over 60 truckloads of materials and ensuring timely deliveries. From intricate staircases to decorative steel features, our awesome team showcased precision and craftsmanship throughout the project, and we couldn't be more grateful. The Issaquah Elementary School was an amazing project we were excited to be a part of. The 80,000sqft building featured unique architectural features that were unlike anything we’d built in the area. We managed to expedite several aspects of this project without sacrificing the top-notch quality and craftsmanship we are known for. We are proud to announce the completion of the Boise Airport Project in Boise ID. Thanks to our partnership with Donahue McNamara Steel, LLC and McAlvain Companies, Inc, we were able to fabricate, deliver, and erect a 60-ton pedestrian bridge, spanning approximately 145 ft, as well as 2 neighboring parking garages. This project was completed on-time and within budget. Thank you to our partners and team for making this project a success!
