Lund-Ross Constructors was founded by Larry Lundquist in Omaha, Nebraska in 1987. Then, and now, the firm was recognized as a leader in the renovation of historic buildings. 30 years later, our staff of more than 50 project managers, superintendents, field engineers, field employees, and administrative professionals enable us to work in a wide variety of projects. While maintaining an expertise in renovation, we are highly capable in multi-family, not-for-profit and specialized construction. Lund-Ross is currently licensed to complete construction projects in six states. In Omaha, we are proud to be an active member of our local community, committing funds, construction services, and support to nonprofit organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Girls Inc. of Omaha, Open Door Mission, Siena/Francis House, and Stephen Center. Our projects have earned more than 25 Excellence in Construction Awards from Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) in the past 10 years, including national accolades for the historic renovations of The Brandeis, the Hughes-Irons Building, The Omaha Building, Girls Inc and KETV Burlington Station. Lund-Ross was awarded Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC) status by ABC in 2009 and each year since. The Lund-Ross safety program has received STEP Platinum, Silver or Gold for each of the past 10 years. in 2014. Our commitment to safety The National Safety Council has recognized our firm as one of Nebraska’s safest companies for the past eight years in a row. Lakin Human Resource campus houses the Visiting Nurse Association, Together Inc, Iowa Legal Aid and Firefly Council Bluffs.
