Our very own CCO, K?re Kjelstr?m, shared insights on how AI-driven banking solutions will reshape how people manage their finances—moving from one-size-fits-all to hyper-personalization. Why is human-like AI in customer service getting so much buzz??? B?rsen just shared some interesting insights from the new Retail Banking Study 2024, conducted by the research firm Wilke for the consulting firm Simon-Kucher. The study shows that Danes rate their willingness to be informed by an AI at: ? 2.2 out of 7–pointing to a certain reluctance. ? And only 2.9 out among customers who prefer purely digital contact with their bank.? It's no rocket science why those numbers reflect unwillingness. As Morten Kaae S?rensen notes, once AI becomes indistinguishable from a human agent, people will be open to it handling more customer service tasks. And we couldn’t agree more. For us, developing AI tech that feels relevant and human is key—that’s why our AI Voice Assistant is creating such buzz in the industry.
