She founded Courageous SHIFT to give organizations the tools, strategies, and courage to create an equitable, inclusive, and safe workplace for everyone. According to Break the Cycle: - Every minute 32 people experience intimate partner violence in the United States. - Over 47% of women have encountered contact sexual violence, physical violence, or stalking by an intimate partner during their lifetime. Today, LUMO’s DEI Book Club is diving into “The Canary Code” by the absolutely phenomenal Ludmila Praslova, Ph.D., SHRM-SCP, ?? and we’re not just talking about it – we’re BEING about it. At LUMO, DEI is a VERB.
