    Some pharmacy purchases can be, well… awkward. From lubricants to laxatives, picking them up in person isn’t always ideal. But with Life Pharmacy now on Uber Eats, the embarrassment is no longer yours - it’s the delivery driver’s. To tell New Zealanders that they can skip the awkward checkout and order straight to your door, Life Pharmacy launched a DOOH campaign featuring LUMO Digital Outdoor billboards that indiscreetly announced these discreet deliveries - right when an unsuspecting Uber driver picked them up. Working with FCB Aotearoa, NZ, Hearts & Science NZ & Latch we helped by building upon Perion DOOH Custom Event solution to activate a range of product led creatives when those who wished to remain anonymous, placed an order on the app. Great to see this campaign recognised as the Best use of Data & Technology at Out of Home Media Association Aotearoa Awards for Q4!

    ??♂??? Run Your Way, Round The Bays ????♀? Over 30,000 people took part in the Southern Cross Health Insurance Round The Bays in Auckland on Sunday. Those chasing PBs. Those running with friends and whānau. Those stepping up for a cause, or representing their workplaces alongside those they work with. Every participant had their own reason, their own pace, their own way. And to celebrate that, New Balance & Mediahub Worldwide activated a tactical DOOH buy across multiple start line proximity screens prior to the race and on LUMO-The Strand between 9am - 10am, bringing the energy and motivation to help everyone run their way to the finish line. From first-timers to seasoned athletes, it was incredible to see the city move together. Credit to the team at Stuff Events for delivering what what is always a highlight event this time of year.

    Most Kiwi, having never personally confronted a wildfire, deem it a remote threat. A decades old visual device - Fire and Emergency NZ's 'Half Grapefruit' - has worked for years to convey the level of fire danger in areas across New Zealand. Playing it's part to help smother the combustible mix of apathy and complacency that exists around wildfire risk. This summer, working with Motion Sickness, MBM & Perion DOOH - our existing 'Half Grapefruit' programmatic DOOH solution evolved further, integrating localised Fire Season Status alongside existing Fire Danger data to enhance public awareness and preparedness. By actively monitoring hourly NIWA fire danger observations and fire season statuses, 18 Custom Event feeds dynamically activated DOOH screens and appropriate reminders when areas were at risk. The solution ensuring that the message was tailored to all possible combinations of fire season status and fire danger level scenarios, reinforcing ‘Readiness,’ ‘Prevention,’ and ‘Extinguish’ actions based on permitted activities and common behaviours relevant to each at-risk location. An extension of this solution to activate screens on the Go Media NZ and HYPER NZ networks ensured fire danger messaging reached beyond urban centres, delivering timely, localised fire risk updates to regional towns and those travelling over the summer months.
