At Lumen Link, our mission is to instill confidence and trust in our customers as the lighting industry changes at a rapid pace. Our primary focus is in value-engineer and design-build where we support our clients by providing lighting takeoff services as well as designing new lighting packages that equal or outperform the original specifications. While our bedrock territory is Kansas and western Missouri, Lumen Link does have a presence on a nationwide level. Since we are not subject to the control demands of many “tier-one” brands, we have the ability to support distributors and contractors all over the country. This flexible approach allows us to adapt to the diverse needs of customers across different regions, ensuring a personalized and efficient service experience. We know the importance of superior customer service and finding solutions to any problem at all costs. To do this we carry a very diverse line of reliable brands that allow us to the tools to support most multi-family, commercial, and industrial projects.

Meet Our Team! Josh Schroeder is the principal here at Lumen Link. He was born and raised in Remsen, IA, and graduated from Briar Cliff University in 2011 with a degree in Business Administration. He helped launch an Import lighting brand in 2013 called “LED2”, then founded Lumen Link in 2016. Josh is "excited for the future of the company" and plans for "rapid growth over the next several years". Additionally, he is a father of 3 kids (age 5, 3, 2 months) and enjoys spending time with the kids and cheering for the KC Chiefs!
