The Lucy Shair Foundation for Women in Finance is working to narrow the gender gap in the financial advising industry one grant at a time. With these grants we hope to eliminate barriers for women entering or advancing in the financial advising industry. We will award direct grants to women who embody Lucy’s qualities - passion, community, empowerment and knowledge. These grants can be used to subsidize business development opportunities, dues and membership fees for professional organizations and networks, professional coaching and continuing education.
