Obviously eating fast food every day isn't a good idea.
But we should be looking to shift our mindset from bad food vs good food to thinking about what I can do better.
I use the 80/20 rule with my clients.
80% of the time you should eat nutrient dense foods.
20% of the time eat fun foods.
This will keep you on track for the long run!
