Congratulations to Amber Kelley, who has been recognized as a 2025 Women MAKE Awards Honoree?by the The Manufacturing Institute - MI. Amber leads all logistics functions for Lucid’s operational deployment in Saudi Arabia and has brought 100+ women into technical roles. Beyond logistics, she is passionate about mentorship. Through the Society of Women Engineers, she participates in a formal mentorship program supporting underrepresented women and informally mentors colleagues, interns, and female leaders in logistics and manufacturing. She also helped Lucid build a relationship with Pinal County, Arizona, to encourage high school students to stay in school and partnered with local schools to develop a STEM curriculum.
