This week, I was honored to speak and participate in a panel discussion at ITServe Alliance, an organization dedicated to empowering and strengthening technology leaders nationwide.
As I stood on stage, I reflected on my journey—from a young girl raised in a conservative family where the expectation was to "talk less, listen more" to becoming an executive coach, entrepreneur, and advocate for leadership and storytelling.
My message to everyone in the room, especially the women and young minds shaping their futures:

It was especially moving to see so many men show up as allies on Women’s Day—because real change happens when we all rise together.

?? Be resilient – Failure is not the end; it's just another chapter.
