Luce Line brews quality beer and hard seltzers in our own backyard. We provide a gathering and entertainment hub for not only those who live, work and play in or near our brewery in Plymouth, Minnesota but also those outdoor enthusiasts who travel through on the Luce Line Trail. Our team is dedicated to making hand-crafted beer with a line-up of anchor styles along with regularly rotating draft line-up of new and innovative beers. We are located at 12901 16th Ave N, Plymouth, right on the Luce Line Regional Trail. Make your event something to remember by hosting it at Luce Line Brewing! From happy hour, to corporate events, to weddings, and everything in between; our brewery has the perfect event space to fit all of your needs. We welcome the opportunity to work with you to make your dream a reality. We feature a wide range of ever-changing food options through food trucks, on-site “pop-up” restaurants, and caterers. We also offer our own pizzas, soft pretzels, and other tasty options. Adding a private kegerator, complete with your own beertender, allows your guests to bypass our taproom lines?and have a more enjoyable experience. You choose up to 4 styles of what is currently on tap. We also stock the kegerator with non-alcoholic canned options.
