Thanksgiving is a time for gratitude for the many blessings in all areas of our lives and here at ????????’?? ???????????????? ???????????????? (LCS) while we are grateful for all of our employees we would like to take this opportunity to highlight one, ?????????? ????????????.?Frank started with LCS in 2018 as a chef/cook.?After excelling and showing that he had the potential and drive to be a leader he was promoted to Food Service Director in 2023.?? Currently, Frank is the Food Service Director at one of our assisted living facilities.?In his short time there, Frank has been able to lead the kitchen staff by working hands on with training and teaching the staff our LCS culture and processes.?Frank leads by example so it has been a very smooth process.?The residents love our food, and Frank goes out of his way to provide the residents with delicious and nutritious selections.?We have received numerous compliments and praise from both residents, facility staff, and family members.?He oversees all functions during mealtimes and attends a monthly Dining Feedback meeting to ensure the residents' needs are fulfilled. Frank has a huge smile and always does whatever it takes for the residents and guests to have the best possible experience.?
