Recently, we supplied an advanced lubrication system to a major hydraulic company. We designed this system for versatile applications, enabling use across various industries. Our system features a comprehensive air-oil panel assembly tailored to serve six lubrication points, ensuring precise and consistent lubrication. Key components and features of this system include: ?????? ?? ?????????? ????????: Equipped with integrated timing controls and a digital readout, this pump is at the heart of the lubrication system. It features a low-level switch, pressure switch, and pressure gauge, ensuring optimal performance and easy monitoring. ?????? ???????????? ??????????????????: This component controls the primary incoming shop air connection, maintaining the system’s efficiency and reliability. The secondary airflow through outlet connections is adjustable at each element from 3-10 bar, with outlet air pressure gauges installed on each outlet connection. ??-?????????? ??????????-?? ?????????? ????????????????: Complete with 6mm push-lock fittings on the inlet and outlet connections, the Mixer-X Valve Assembly ensures accurate, efficient distribution of lubrication to each point. Each outlet is designed to deliver 0.01 cc of oil per lubrication cycle, providing precise lubrication to critical components. ???????????????? ????????????????????: The system includes an integrated pressure gauge and pressure switch allows for real-time monitoring of pressure levels, ensuring that the lubrication process is maintained at optimal levels. One of our recent notable projects involved the installation of our ReliaMAX??Automatic Lubrication Systems on a massive rotary kiln, specifically the kiln chain -?an essential component driving the rotation of the kiln. Kiln chains endure harsh conditions with high temperatures, dust, and heavy loads, making effective lubrication crucial. Our ReliaMAX? automatic lubrication system addresses these challenges with simplicity and efficiency, ensuring precise, consistent delivery to key points. The system features an integrated oil pump with a 4 KG reservoir, a low-level switch, and pressure gauges, all designed for easy operation. A 25 Micron in-line oil filter protects downstream components effortlessly. The fixed output pump delivers up to 275 bar with built-in safety pressure relief valves, offering robust performance without complexity. An ILC DMX Series Divider Valve ensures accurate oil distribution with minimal maintenance. Durable 3/16 stainless high-pressure tubing and a 0-2000 PSI pressure gauge complete the system, enhancing reliability and ease of use. This advanced yet straightforward system boosts kiln chain performance and lifespan, underscoring our commitment to efficient and innovative industrial lubrication solutions. Lubrication Technologies was asked to upgrade a pre-existing lubrication system responsible for oiling multiple chains on a large Stacker Reclaimer unit. Stacker-reclaimer machines are used to both stack and reclaim bulk materials like coal, iron ore and fertilizer. ? This system was unreliable and known to waste expensive lubricant due to poor design. As explained to LTI, two situations commonly occurred when the old lubrication system malfunctioned: the entire assembly would start to shake due to lack of lubrication, or lubricant consumption could be as high as one 55-gallon drum per week. ? Lubrication Technologies created seven identical stand-alone lubrication systems, each with an after-blow feature to keep the spray nozzles clean after use. Using separate systems simplified the design, with each rake assembly on the reclaimer having its own dedicated panel and hardware on the traveling bridge. Six systems run simultaneously, with one spare panel ready for quick replacement if needed. This setup allows for easy maintenance while the Stacker Reclaimer remains operational. ? With the implementation of the new lubrication systems, uniform lubrication has been achieved, and lubricant consumption has been reduced to one 55-gallon drum every five weeks. At a cost of approximately $1,100 per drum, this translates to an average cost savings of $4,400 per month/$52,800 per year!
