Affordable Housing is not low quality, it is not substandard. It is high quality, it is beautiful. Many people dedicate their professional lives to ensure that. We are proud to work with our Development partners Mike Laskey and Jeffrey Baddeley at Salus Development, our non-profit partner Our Lady of Angels Apartments Inc, our Contruction partner Mistick Construction, our Architectural partner LDA architects, Inc., our equity and lending partners at KeyBank and KeyBank Commercial #KCDC. Many others contributed to this project in some form or fashion, and our team conducted our first punch list walk of completed units at Franciscan Village in the City of Cleveland. WOW!

Project Update: Puritas Senior Apartments Plans for new income-based senior apartments in the Bellaire-Puritas neighborhood are scheduled to go before the city Planning Commission for final approval this week, along with the demolition of two structures currently at the site. The Puritas Senior Apartments are to be built near the corner of West 145th Street and Puritas.
