In collaboration with TMA Bucks, we would like to highlight the increased prevalence of themed cocktails and green pints during holiday celebrations, which often leads to a higher-than-average consumption of alcohol. This spike in alcohol intake can impair judgment and lead to poor decision-making, including the dangerous choice to drive while intoxicated. To promote awareness about the risks associated with drunk driving and enhance the safety of our community in Bucks County, our Community Traffic Safety Program is joining forces with the U.S. Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and PennDOT.
