Located in a key last-mile market for distribution, the 176,105-square-foot facility will feature 36-foot clear height, 28 dock doors, 2 drive-ins, 131 car parks, and 25 trailer parks. Lovett Industrial, in partnership with Cresset Real Estate Partners,?recently announced they have agreed to a lease with BroadRange Logistics on a?1,224,498 square-foot facility within NorthPort Logistics Center in Conroe, Texas. This lease marks the largest speculatively built warehouse ever leased within the Houston?area. Last week, our company's annual conference in Houston, Texas, was truly inspiring. We were privileged to hear insightful presentations from Dr. Mark G. Dotzour of the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University, Curtis Spencer of IMS Worldwide Inc., and Haynes Strader from Skybox Datacenters. The social outing to the Astros game and the delicious dinner was a great way to unwind and connect with colleagues from our Los Angeles, Dallas, Washington, DC, and Atlanta offices.
