This marks Lovett Industrial's first venture into industrial development within the Nashville market. “The greater Nashville industrial market remains one of the strongest in the country, bucking the trends of many other markets over the last year,” said Benton Swift, East Region market leader at Lovett Industrial. Groundbreaking is expected to take place in July 2025, and the project is slated for completion in June 2026.
