SoFresh Restaurants are typically around 1,200-1,500 square feet. This keeps rent & utility costs down, making the store efficient for the operator. We use state of the art equipment to ensure your SoFresh can be ran with minimal employees. With one of the lowest costs to entry in the food business and a high average unit volume, we are positioned for strong growth with good people.

Here’s our development process: 1) you inquire 2) we reach out for a discovery call 3) if we both think it’s a good fit, you fill out an application 4) we get on an introductory call 5) you get the Franchise Disclosure Document (14 day wait period begins) 6) we get on another information call 7) you sign Franchise Agreement 8) we start site selection 9) SBA pre-approval (if needed) 10) you sign lease 11) architect drawings 12) permit expeditor submits plans to county 13) we bid project to 3 contractors 14) you pick a contractor 15) 90 day build-out 16) training 17) account setup 18) hiring 19) store opening
