Congratulations to Anna "Katya" Opel, EI - PhD Candidate in Civil Engineering for her recent win in the "Future of the State" Poster Competition 2024, hosted by The Louisiana Chapter of the Coasts, Oceans, Ports, and Rivers Institute (L.COPRI) of the American Society?of Civil Engineers (ASCE). Her poster, titled: FLoAT: A Multi-Scale Flood Loss Assessment Tool Derived from Experimental Data - was a response to solutions sought to the challenges facing our costal and port infrastructure.
