Founded in 1982 and based in Minden, Fibrebond manufactures solutions for data centers, petrochemical, power and telecom markets. This April, it announced an expansion that will increase the location's production capacity by more than 50 percent. The company contributes to the community through philanthropy, volunteering and employee match programs and has given over $1 million to community sponsorships over the last three years. In his nomination letter, North Louisiana Economic Partnership CEO Justyn Dixon pointed out that more than 25% of Fibrebond’s employees have more than 10 years with the company – which speaks volumes about the core values of the company, and the culture it has created.?
