Loudoun Therapeutic Riding (LTR) is seeking an experienced, self-motivated professional to serve as its Executive Director/ Chief Executive Officer (ED/CEO.)?This person will lead the organization as it transitions to a new facility in Lovettsville, Virginia.?Job requirements include non-profit experience, revenue generation expertise (fundraising, grants and earned income,) staff and fiscal management, program development and oversight, and strategic planning.?Knowledge of equine-assisted services is desirable to support LTR’s strategic goals and mission to improve the lives of people through the benefits of equine-assisted therapies and services.?Please include a cover letter stating why this position is right for you.?Send resume and letter to [email protected].?No phone calls please.
