Our Lou's team joins together today to celebrate Random Acts of Kindness Day. Kindness has been a staple in maintaining our internal culture and strengthening our connection to our communities for more than 50 years. One of the ways our teams help keep this great tradition alive is through Kindness Rocks volunteer events. These events are organized by teams who want to help support an organization or cause they are passionate?about. Beyond helping build better communities, our teams are able to strengthen their bond with each?other and demonstrate their excellent teamwork outside of their store. We encourage everyone to take the chance today to perform a random act of kindness and we look forward to spreading even more throughout the year!

Happy Valentine's Day from Lou Malnati's! We've been Dishing Out Some Love all month long in the form of our heart-shaped pizzas. For every one sold, we are donating $1 to Feeding America local food banks in order to help provide meals to our neighbors in need. We were proud to raise more than $40 thousand across our four markets last year! If you're interested in supporting this cause, you can order a heart-shaped pizza from any of our locations any time throughout the month of February and help us spread some love!

What better way to celebrate National Pizza Day than by shouting out the winners of our inaugural "Biggest Cheese" Award. The "Big Cheese" is awarded each period to General Managers who achieve best in class results and deliver on our commitment to provide our guests with perfect pizzas when promised. Congratulations?to our 2024 Biggest Cheese winners, Eduardo Saenz from New Lenox (carryout) and Jorge Banda from West Loop (Restaurant)! Both of these leaders were multiple-time Big Cheese winners throughout the year and their stores excelled from both a business and a people standpoint. We are proud to recognize Eduardo and Jorge for their exceptional year and are so fortunate?to have them as leaders in our company!
