The Assistance League provides new school clothing, school supplies, backpacks and shoes to elementary aged kids in need."

We congratulate Jim McDonnell on being selected by Mayor Karen Bass as the next Chief of Police of the Los Angeles Police Department. This selection is a testament to his long-time leadership in law enforcement, as Sheriff of Los Angeles County, Chief of Police of the Long Beach Police Department, and as Assistant Chief of the #LAPD. We are grateful for his leadership and support of our LAPD Reserve Police Officers and the Corps over the years.
