Thank you Dr. Rathika Ramkumar for this engaging presentation covering the signs and symptoms of an overactive bladder, gender differences, impact on quality of life, causes, diagnosing and management. UCI Health –?Los Alamitos speech therapists recently joined Biola University staff for a Parkinson's Speak OUT! group therapy event. The SPEAK OUT! Therapy Program, developed by Parkinson Voice Project, helps people with Parkinson’s and related neurological disorders regain and retain their speech and swallowing.

Dysphagia affects over 3 million people annually in the United States. UCI Health – Los Alamitos speech language pathologists, registered dietitians and dietary co-workers have come together to create menu options for easy-to-swallow foods that will offer our patients healthy and tasty food alternatives for this condition.

From creative pumpkins, fun costumes and a little Hocus Pocus, this year's Halloween festivities did not disappoint!

UCI Health – Los Alamitos hosted a festive trunk or treat event for co-workers and their families and Frozen’s Elsa and Anna made an appearance! Lots of treats were shared and tricks played before families and friends came together for a little Hocus Pocus to jump start the Halloween festivities!

UCI Health - Los Alamitos supported a recent Los Alamitos, Cypress & Seal Beach Rotary fundraiser event. The local Rotary Club was established in the area in 1964 and supports student scholarships, community projects and not-for-profits in the community.
