At Loring, we are proud to contribute to the fight against breast cancer through our work in supporting women’s health. We'd like to highlight our project "MONTEFIORE MEDICAL CENTER, HUTCH TOWER, 5TH AND 7TH FLOOR – BREAST CENTER, BRONX, NY".?Loring provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and fire alarm engineering services for the expansion of a multidisciplinary Breast Center. This state-of-the-art facility consolidates Practice and Breast Imaging into a new 14,000 sf space on the 7th floor and incorporates the Breast/Vascular Center on the 5th floor. ? We are honored to play a role in creating spaces that support breast cancer detection, treatment, and recovery, ensuring patients receive the highest quality of care in a comfortable, safe environment. ? This month, we honor the strength of all those affected by breast cancer and remain committed to advancing healthcare infrastructure that makes a difference.

Loring is proud to support Children’s Flight of Hope by participating in the Hops for Hope event at North Hills Midtown Park in Raleigh, NC on Saturday, September 14th from 2 – 6 pm.?Hops for Hope pairs corporate teams with local breweries to create a unique beer and fundraise in support of Children’s Flight of Hope’s mission to provide hope through flight.?This year Loring is paired with Durham’s Bull City Burger & Brewery. ? Children’s Flight of Hope believes distance and the cost of travel should never prevent a child from receiving life-sustaining, life-altering, or lifesaving care.?Our children face rare & complex diseases that cannot be treated close to home, and through the kindness of others, CFOH provides hope and healing as we fly for their lives.?CFOH provides flights for the child and one guardian for the duration of the healthcare journey, no matter the frequency…no matter the distance.?Since January 2022, CFOH has provided 5,000 flights – that’s 5,000 children + 5,000 caregivers who have received essential lifesaving care, as well as compassion, hope, and healing!
