Last week, I had the privilege of bringing two of our newer Performance Coaches from Proactive Dealer Solutions & Better Car People to witness the “Longo Way” in action. Michael Mellor, as always, went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and the experience was truly inspiring. A special thank you to Doug Eroh, Aaron Misajon, and Michael Mellor for everything you do to make my visits engaging, organized, and impactful for your team. Your dedication is key to creating such a positive and productive environment. I’m so excited to see what this team will accomplish in 2025!
