The Longmont Downtown Development Authority is governed by a seven member board, comprising of property and business owners, appointed by the City Council to four-year, unpaid volunteer terms. The Board also can include two ex-officio members, one representing the City of Longmont and the other representing the St. Vrain Valley School District.
