We always appreciate when our team receives compliments from customers, but sometimes the recognition is so extraordinary it needs to be shared. Logan Smith, the Security Manager at the Olympic Medical Center in Port Angeles, WA, recently wrote in to bring attention to 4 of our team members: "Erica Nishioka - Account Executive: This woman is a rock star... Erica always has time to talk or work through an issue and she will always get back to you as soon as possible. She knows what she is talking about and has helped me through countless projects and problems. She is very personable and treats you like you are the only customer she has. Her knowledge of systems and products is amazing, as she is a self-proclaimed tech nerd and loves what she does. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Erica. ? Daniel Droker - Applications Engineer:?Dan is truly amazing, I believe people call him the "oracle" and I can see why, he is one. This man is beyond intelligent and has been crucial at helping me through whatever issues I encounter. He is dedicated and if he cannot figure something out (which is super rare), he will work on it and get back to you ASAP. He makes things easy to understand while walking you through issues which is not an easy thing to do... I have learned a lot from Dan about the software/programs we have, and how to utilize it the best way possible. ? Brittany Davidson - Project Manager: Brittany puts in the work! She is organized and gets things done with no questions asked. I think her military background helps in keeping things organized and getting the tasks completed no matter what happens. She is not the type to complain or get upset that things are not going the way they should, she just pivots and makes it happen regardless and that is a rare trait. I have no doubt the reasons our projects have run so well is because she was directing the show behind the scenes. ? Jason Wells - Service Technician:?I have worked with Jason on projects from the beginning and have got to know him very well. I always joke with him that OMC is the black hole of the tech world because it always seems to throw him a curveball when he is here. But no matter what gets thrown at him he will figure it out. He has had to stay overnight here several times to see an issue through to the end and he always has a smile on his face and can joke the frustration away. I really enjoy working with him and I appreciate his efforts to fix the problem no matter what." We would like to thank Logan for taking the time to recognize our team, and we'd also like to sing the praises of these 4 individuals as well.
