At Lone Star Lettuce Growers, we believe that Texans deserve fresh, locally grown, organic produce, which can be a challenge given the hot, unpredictable Texas climate. All of our produce is grown in our uniquely designed organic hydroponics system, which is all housed inside of greenhouses allowing for year-round growing. We can grow our produce faster, more densely, and with an estimated 90% less water than traditional soil farming. Lastly, all of the produce we sell is “living”, meaning the roots are still intact with the edible portion of the plant, which gives all of our produce a superior level of freshness and extended shelf life for our fellow Texans!
