Collaudo tecnico delle due #TBM principali per la costruzione del secondo tubo della galleria autostradale del #SanGottardo L'08.07.2024 e il 30.07.2024 sono state collaudate le due frese (#TBM) per lo scavo del secondo tubo della galleria autostradale del #SanGottardo. Queste TBM, con un diametro di 12,3 m e un peso di 1.800 tonnellate, sono pronte per il loro compito di attraversare le #alpi svizzere. Sono state prodotte, preassemblate e collaudate presso Herrenknecht AG Schwanau. Dopo il collaudo, le TBM verranno smontate, trasportate tramite camion ai portali di #G?schenen e #Airolo, e lì riassemblate. Da febbraio 2025 inizierà l'avanzamento dal portale nord e sud. La prima tappa fino alle caverne delle zone disturbate durerà circa 10-12 mesi, con l'ultimo sfondamento previsto per l'inizio del 2027. Questo progetto segna un ulteriore traguardo nella storia della galleria autostradale del San Gottardo e nella storia delle gallerie svizzere. Responsabile per la progettazione dell'intero progetto della seconda canna della galleria autostradale del San Gottardo è il consorzio IG Nuovo Gottardo, composto dai partner Lombardi Engineering Switzerland, B+S AG, ILF Consulting Engineers in Switzerland, Emch+Berger Group. Le imprese di costruzione responsabili sono per il lotto 241 il consorzio "secondo tubo" sotto la direzione della Implenia e per il lotto 341 il consorzio "Consorzio Gottardo Sud" con la Marti Group come capofila.

Werkabnahme der zwei Haupt-Tunnelbohrmaschinen für den Bau der 2. R?hre #Gotthard-Strassentunnel Am 08.07.2024 und 30.07.2024 wurden die Haupt-Tunnelbohrmaschinen (TBM) für die zweite R?hre des #Gotthard-Strassentunnels pr?sentiert. Diese Maschinen mit einem Durchmesser von 12,3 m und einem Gewicht von 1'800 Tonnen sind bereit für ihre 15.5 km lange Aufgabe durch die Schweizer #Alpen. Produziert, vormontiert und getestet wurden sie bei Herrenknecht AG in Schwanau. Nach der Pr?sentation werden die #TBM's demontiert, per LKW zu den Portalen in #G?schenen und #Airolo transportiert und dort wieder zusammengesetzt. Ab Februar 2025 beginnt der Vortrieb vom Nord- und Südportal aus. Die erste Etappe bis zu den Kavernen der St?rzonenvortriebe dauert ca. 10-12 Monate, der letzte Durchbruch ist für Anfang 2027 geplant. Dieses Projekt markiert einen weiteren Meilenstein in der Geschichte des #Gotthard-Strassentunnels.
