They are represented in a lot of different functions and roles in our more than 50 L&R subsidiaries and shareholdings. Currently, about 33% of our leadership roles are held by women. According to the United Nations “Sustainable Development Goal” (SDG) # 5 (Gender Equality), we want to increase the proportion of women in leadership plus specialist positions to 40 percent by 2030. At L&R, we are deeply committed to our Corporate Social Sponsoring activities, focusing on making a positive impact on the exchange of younger and older generations. We are happy to announce our latest engagement: a project dedicated to providing one-on-one tutoring for children from educationally disadvantaged families. This project aims to support 18 children through one-on-one tutoring sessions, primarily conducted by 17 dedicated senior volunteers. We support in coordinating the project and in training of the volunteers to ensure effective execution. Depending on their availability, our employees are encouraged to volunteer and support the team directly.
