Stepping into the CEO role of Logixboard is an incredible honor. I have been at Logixboard for roughly 6 years and in that time, Julian has been the driving force behind this company, shaping not only the business but also the culture and the team. His leadership, vision, and relentless dedication have made a lasting impact, and I look forward to working with him in his new role as Chairman of the Board. As we transition into this new phase, we’re more focused than ever on innovation. We’ve spent the past several years working on building the best customer experience platform in the market (I might be biased, but I also don’t think it's close). We know that there’s more work to be done here and we’re excited about continuing to add value for our customers - you’re going to see some really innovative ways to optimize the supply chain in the next few months. We continue to be thankful to all of our customers and partners for their support, partnership and excitement. We really cannot do this without you all. In the coming months you’re also going to see some exciting new AI products that will redefine how you manage relationships with your customers. We already have a handful of early beta partners but if you’re interested in what we’re up to, please reach out to me directly. With these organizational changes, we’re committed to innovating faster and more often, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve and continue creating valuable solutions for our customers. I’m beyond excited to lead this next chapter, and I’m equally excited about the impact we will make as we build on the foundation Julian has helped lay. I’m also thankful that Julian will remain deeply involved as Chairman of the Board. His guidance, experience, and perspective will continue to be an important part of the company’s future. My personal belief has always been that it’s not just about what you do – it’s more about who you do it with. Throughout my career, I’ve worked to develop long-lasting and meaningful relationships with the people that I work closest with and I can say that is unequivocally true here at Logixboard with both Julian and Juan. Julian has been a mentor, a partner, and a friend, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything I’ve learned from him. To Julian – thank you for everything. I’m thrilled to announce that Agasthya Upadhya (Gus), previously our Chief Product Officer, is stepping in as CEO! For the last six years, Gus has been at the heart of our product and vision, shaping the innovations that power Logixboard today. His deep industry knowledge, product leadership, and passion for solving real challenges in freight forwarding make him the perfect person to lead us into this next chapter. Why now? Logixboard is at a pivotal moment, with more opportunities than ever to push the boundaries of AI-powered solutions. The future of freight forwarding will be built on AI-driven efficiency, automation, and smarter decision-making—and we’ll be at the forefront of that transformation. We’re committed to supporting the forwarders we work with today—and the many more we’ll partner with in the future—as they navigate an increasingly digital world. This transition is a strategic move to drive the next phase of innovation and scale Logixboard into the future. As Chairman of the Board, I’ll continue to support Gus and the team while focusing on our long-term vision: building an enduring company that helps forwarders thrive worldwide.
