Logix Federal Credit Union employees Julia and Karina have been enjoying their professional development journey together, while supporting each other as they take on new challenges. They completed the Emerging Leaders program. More recently, they have been serving on the board of Logix Community Stars, our nonprofit foundation as secretary and treasurer, respectively. This summer, they volunteered at Carousel Ranch to help set up for their largest fundraiser, which they attended. Each is in different department, and they are able to find ways to connect with our organizational goals, continue their own growth and connect with the community. We’re fortunate to have opportunities to support our staff and make a difference, as evidenced by Julia and Karina.
