We're excited to share that a Logical Buildings client - a high-rise condominium in the Lenox Hill network - was recently featured in Habitat Magazine! We helped the building automate demand response curtailment, via our partner, Parity, Inc., and provided real-time access to energy management through our #SmartKit AI dashboard for year-round earnings and savings! The building achieved an impressive 44% reduction in common area energy use during peak July events. This significant decrease not only supported grid stability but also generated substantial financial benefits, including an estimated $10,000 reward and savings from reduced energy consumption! “Once a demand response event is called, the systems will automatically revert to the lowest settings or be switched off,” says The Oxford's Resident Manager Gerry Grady.
