But too often, these resolutions fade by February, leaving us feeling frustrated or unfulfilled. Instead of focusing on fleeting resolutions, what if we embraced a?rule of life? A rule of life is not about adding more to our to-do list; it’s about creating a framework—a set of intentional rhythms and practices—that help us stay centered on Jesus. It’s a way to align our lives with God’s purposes, nurturing habits that shape us into Christlikeness. Through this sermon, we’ll explore: Joy Comes to the Unexpected: God delights in meeting ordinary people, like the shepherds, in the busyness and messiness of everyday life. His joy is for us, no matter how unseen or unimportant we may feel.
