Throwback Thursday! It's time to break out the skis for the season! ?? We thought it felt right to throw it back to our Battle Creek Winter Recreation Center project in 2022. This facility was the first winter recreation area with machine-made snow in the East Metro, spanning over 4,000 SF. Our team served as the Design-Builder for this project working closely with Ramsey County's Parks and Recreation Department and Collaborative Design Group!

For over 35 years, Wold and ISD 194 have worked hand-in-hand to shape the future of our schools and we would like to feature the new Highview Elementary School in Lakeville, MN! The new building’s design is thoughtfully planned, with educational clusters, flexible learning spaces, STEM, art, and music areas, as well as special education suites—all centered around an open media hub. Public spaces like the gym and cafeteria are positioned for easy access, with security measures for after-hours use. Excited to see the future of education continue to grow! Throwback Thursday! Lower Sioux Indian Health Care Clinic In November of 2015 Loeffler Construction completed a state-of-the-art health care clinic for the residents of the Lower Sioux Indian Community. The Lower Sioux Community was in need of a health clinic so Loeffler Construction and Consulting approached the community with a solution. Loeffler worked extensively with the architect and owner to develop a quality, functional and energy efficient building that will serve the community for decades to come. The 11,600 SF facility meets and exceeds the extensive Minnesota building code for energy efficiency. The clinic consists of full dental and optical care facilities, nine general exam rooms, a procedure room, a pharmacy, and an X-ray room. Sperides Reiners Architects
