Today, we honor Indigenous Peoples Day and recognize the rich cultural heritage and contributions of Native communities. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with many Indigenous communities, working together to bring their projects to life and support their visions for the future.

Throwback Thursday! Lower Sioux Indian Health Care Clinic In November of 2015 Loeffler Construction completed a state-of-the-art health care clinic for the residents of the Lower Sioux Indian Community. The Lower Sioux Community was in need of a health clinic so Loeffler Construction and Consulting approached the community with a solution. Loeffler worked extensively with the architect and owner to develop a quality, functional and energy efficient building that will serve the community for decades to come. The 11,600 SF facility meets and exceeds the extensive Minnesota building code for energy efficiency. The clinic consists of full dental and optical care facilities, nine general exam rooms, a procedure room, a pharmacy, and an X-ray room. Sperides Reiners Architects

At Loeffler, we strive to give back to communities in many ways! This past week we took on the task of making over 300 sandwiches for the Sandwich Project MN. "The Sandwich Project of Minnesota exists to serve those with food insecurity through bringing community volunteers and community partners together to serve those in need." The sandwiches were then donated to Simpson Food Shelf in Minneapolis to be distributed.

Throwback Thursday! After purchasing an existing 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse, Dual Citizen Brewing Company (DCBC) hired Loeffler to provide turn-key solutions for the vision of a new production facility that could boast cutting-edge equipment and brewing systems for 6,000 barrels of annual production. To expedite the aggressive brewing schedule of this production facility, as well as to upgrade the parking lot and exterior through deferred maintenance, the Loeffler team led a design-build delivery system. This approach helped manage rigid procurement timelines, while budgets and design were tailored to exceed our clients’ expectations. Loeffler Construction & Consulting is thrilled to announce the promotion of Zachary O'Grady to Director of Project Management! Joining Loeffler in 2022, O'Grady has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to deliver successful projects. His tenure has been marked by a willingness to embrace additional responsibilities while maintaining an unwavering can-do spirit. In his new role, O’Grady will oversee the department’s day-to-day operations and play a crucial part in shaping its long-term strategy and development. ?And, as a newly appointed member of Loeffler's Leadership Team, O'Grady will be instrumental in contributing to the organization's overall vision.
