Today, we are honored to recognize the recipient of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association's 2024 Lex Marsh Award winner from yesterday's President Circle Honorary Brunch, Managing Principal Chris Loebsack. For over two decades, Chris has tirelessly given to the GCAA by teaching classes like Fair Housing, Debt Collection, understanding the Violence Against Women's Act and more. Chris has served on the GCAA Board of Directors and the AANC Board. In addition, Chris graciously sponsored the GCAA Loebsack & Brownlee Education Center where GCAA members could gain professional and personal development, and has been a longtime Executive Sponsor of the GCAA while encouraging his staff to be engaged and give back, following his footsteps. The Lex Marsh Award is named in honor of one of Charlotte's most esteemed multi-family professionals. This is the GCAA's most prestigious award, and it is presented each year to a multi-family professional who has demonstrated leadership and longevity within the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association.
