Locomote Express LLC services West Virginia, eastern KY, southeastern OH, and western, MD from three service centers. While we haul both air and motor freight, we also tailor our services to fit your needs of white-glove, multiple men, and time-sensitive deliveries to name a few. Our focus is deliveries requiring utilization of 24′ and 26′ box trucks but this is not our limit. All box trucks have a 2-wheel dolly, pallet jack, and large 60 x 80 platform lift-gate (3,000-pound capacity minimum). Tractors and 45′ to 53′ van trailers are also available. All trucks are owned, maintained in house, and washed on a regular schedule. All Locomote drivers are uniformed. TSA and hazardous material training are standard within our new hire process. All drivers hold an STA number. Locomote drivers are trained to pay attention to detail and follow simple instructions. Company cell phones are provided to ensure they have a means of calling should questions arise. Locomote recognizes the need to keep up with, or ahead of, technology demands. We recognize the need for real-time data and have software to meet the needs of today. Our software is EDI / API capable and allows drivers to utilize handheld devices for real-time data. Trucks are monitored by cameras and GPS devices for safety and dispatching functions. With our do what it takes attitude, we can service your needs. We are confident in our ability to provide you with safe reliable transportation you both need and expect. Should you not see services that are needed, please ask!
