Last week, LAN attended TCUF 2024 in Frisco, Texas, where Alamo Colleges Districts' Greg McClure and LAN’s Kyle LeBlanc delivered an exciting and informative presentation about Alamo Colleges' ongoing $270 million Maintenance Tax Note capital improvements program. This initiative enhances facility conditions and addresses the backlog of campus needs. Since 2006, LAN has continuously supported Alamo Colleges for asset and program management, capital improvement planning, and facility assessments. The TCUF conference provided a great opportunity to share valuable insights with higher education institutions across the state.

It's #WINSday! LAN is excited to support the TxDOT Houston District in managing the Seawolf Parkway Project! This critical project will replace the aging lift bridge with a modern fixed bridge, enhancing safety and reducing maintenance challenges. Seawolf Parkway is the only land connection to Pelican Island, serving Texas A&M Galveston, local industries, and Seawolf Park. The new bridge will ensure reliable access and support the island's economic and recreational activities. This project will have a lasting impact on the community and improve daily life for all who rely on this crucial corridor! #CommunityImpact #TxDOT #SeawolfParkway #WeAreLAN
