Yesterday Lockton Re celebrated International Women’s Day in London with a panel discussion on #AcceleratingAction: How do we support (the) NextGen in mobilising for progress and equality in the reinsurance market? After a networking breakfast Lockton Re panelists Sarah Willmont, Carla Moffett, and Simon Mills were joined by Kevin Fisher and Alice Kaye to discuss the progress made in addressing gender bias in the industry, the importance of ally-ship and mentoring, and what both the #NextGen and current leadership can do to ensure progress towards gender equality continues.
