Part of our Story…
Developing a project of this scale is not without its challenges, especially with half a mile of riverfront, streams, wetlands, and a historical site dating back to the late 1700s/early 1800s. We even have an archaeological site that dates back to the Paleoindian period, over 7,000 years ago. What might seem like obstacles are, in fact, opportunities to tell a story—one that honors the past, enriches the present, and paves the way for the future. My passion for the outdoors and construction drives me to be a leader in sustainable development. Our goal is to preserve these remarkable features and transform them into educational experiences for our guests, visitors, and owners. This way, everyone can learn about the rich history of the land and how it has been utilized through the ages. We recognize that we are not the first stewards of this land, nor will we be the last.
